How to get there
Getting there is easy
From Bologna Central Station (4 km from BolognaFiere): TPER lines 35 and 38 (35 and 39 for the return journey), to the Piazza della Costituzione and Viale Aldo Moro entrances. From the city center (less than 5 km from BolognaFiere): bus 28. Using the Roger app, you can purchase your ticket and plan your route to the fair. Ring road: recommended exit no. 8. From Florence, Milan, and Ancona: take the "BOLOGNA FIERA" exit from the A14 motorway. From Padua: A13 motorway, take the Arcoveggio exit, take the Bologna ring road towards San Lazzaro until exit 8 (Nord, Michelino, Moro entrances, and Michelino Parking) or exit 7 (Constitution entrance and Parking). Car-Sharing: Using the Enjoy car sharing service, you can easily reach the fair and park for free in dedicated areas. You can also park for free in blue parking spaces in the city, and all Enjoy vehicles include fuel and insurance in the rental cost.
From the Central Station, BolognaFiere can be reached: you'll find them in Piazza delle Medaglie d'Oro and at the Kiss&Ride area at the Via Carracci exit. By taxi: you'll find them in Piazza delle Medaglie d'Oro and at the Kiss&Ride area at the Via Carracci exit. By bus: TPER lines 35 and 38, which take you to the Piazza Costituzione and Viale Aldo Moro entrances. On foot: 30 minutes from the Via Carracci exit.
Thanks to Trenitalia’s Special Events offer*—dedicated to event participants—you can travel to Bologna until January 31, 2027 aboard Frecciarossa, Frecciargento, Frecciabianca, Intercity, and Intercity Notte trains (for direct routes or connections). The offer is valid for journeys taking place from two days before to two days after the date of each event. You can purchase the offer via the Trenitalia.com website, the Trenitalia App, at ticket offices, and through authorized travel agencies.
For purchases on Trenitalia.com or via the App:
1. Select your one-way or round-trip journey to Bologna.
2. Click on “See other offers” and, in the relevant dropdown menu under the “Offer” section, choose “Special Events.”
3. Enter the code “BOLOGNAFIERE” in the “Agreement code” field.
4. Click “Confirm.”
5. Repeat the same procedure for the return journey.
The offer is available for travel in 1st and 2nd class, in the Business, Premium, and Standard service levels; in 1st class Plus and 2nd class Easy; and in Comfort couchettes and Relax sleeping cars. The Executive service level, private lounge service, and Superior cabins are excluded. To take advantage of the offer, you must present the event credential (access badge or registration confirmation email) at the time of purchase (exclusively at staffed channels such as station ticket offices and authorized Trenitalia travel agencies) and onboard during ticket inspection.
*The Special Events offer allows the purchase of tickets for specific events, concerts, or exhibitions at a variable discount off the full Base fare, ranging from 20% to 75% on Frecciarossa, Frecciargento, and Frecciabianca trains (Business, Premium, and Standard service levels, 1st and 2nd class), and from 20% to 75% on Intercity and Intercity Notte trains (1st and 2nd class, couchettes and sleeping cars). The number of seats available under this offer is limited and varies depending on the day, train, class, and service level. At the time of purchase, the system will always display the best available fare. The offer cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions, except for those available to children. You can purchase the offer until 11:59 PM on the third day prior to the train’s departure via Trenitalia.com, the Trenitalia App, at ticket offices, or through authorized travel agencies. When prompted during the purchase process, you must enter the relevant agreement code. Please remember that during your journey you will be required to present proof of accreditation for the event.

From Guglielmo Marconi Airport, BolognaFiere can be reached by taxi (distance 8.5 km). The Marconi Express monorail train service also operates at Marconi Airport, reaching Bologna Central Station in 7 minutes. For information, visit www.bologna-airport.it.

AT THE FAIR
Accessibility is guaranteed to all areas of the Exhibition Centre open to the public. Manually-pushed vehicles are available for people with mobility difficulties. Wheelchairs are available free of charge at public entrances. To request them, simply ask the staff. Consult the map for special access reserved for people with mobility difficulties.
