After yesterday’s vibrant opening on Friday, May 15, Eufonica 2026 continues to energize BolognaFiere with an afternoon and evening full of live music, talks, education and new perspectives on the contemporary music industry.

Among the afternoon highlights, at 2:00 PM on the Silent Green Stage, “The Social Value of Festivals” will present Barbara Maussier’s book of the same name, opening a discussion on the cultural and territorial role of music festivals. At the same time, the Silent Viola Stage will host “Music and Social Impact. The Ukulele del Sorriso Project”, curated by Orchestra Srl and dedicated to the inclusive potential of musical practice.

There will also be a strong focus on music education and artistic research with the first part of “Guitar Week 2026: The Guitars of the Martini”, an event dedicated to the guitar tradition of the G.B. Martini Conservatory, alongside “The Art of Sampling”, a panel exploring contemporary music production practices, scheduled for 3:15 PM on the Silent Orange Stage. At 3:00 PM, attention turns to the independent music scene with “Being Independent Today: Past, Present and Future”, organized by MEI - Meeting delle Etichette Indipendenti, while Pad. 25’s Dom Famularo Stage hosts a masterclass with Bruno Farinelli, Roberto Gualdi and Claus Hessler, internationally renowned figures in the world of percussion.

In the late afternoon, the program moves into full swing with some of the day’s most anticipated events. Starting at 5:00 PM, the Silent Orange Stage hosts the “Woman DJ Indie MEI Battle”, the final event of the contest organized together with Rimini Deejay Academy to spotlight emerging female talents in the DJ scene. At the same time, the Creators’ Round Table welcomes Idriss D. for a conversation dedicated to music, club culture and contemporary production.

From 6:00 PM onwards, the spotlight shifts to live performances: the Outdoor Stage comes alive with the Rockin’1000 Jam, a collective celebration of the shared energy that defines the world’s largest rock band. This is followed by a DJ set by MØRS, curated by Fonoprint, on the Silent Yellow Stage. Meanwhile, Pad. 25 hosts the major “Dom Famularo Day Concert”, featuring Claus Hessler, Sergio Bellotti, Gabriele Morcavallo, Elisa Fellegara, Daniele Piu and the winners of the contest dedicated to the memory of one of the most beloved figures in international drum education. The day will close at 10:00 PM with “Guitar Saturday Night”, the Outdoor Stage’s grand finale dedicated to guitar culture and live rock music.ù

Eufonica 2026 continues until May 17 at BolognaFiere with concerts, workshops, masterclasses, talks and activities dedicated to the entire music ecosystem: discover today’s full schedule and tomorrow’s program in the “Program” section of the website.
